Elevate Reformer Flow is our Studio’s signature group Reformer Pilates class.
Elevate delivers a full-body workout, blending traditional and dynamic Pilates with functional training like squats, lunges, and push-ups. While incorporating functional movement, this class is deeply rooted in Pilates principles - focusing on strength, mobility, coordination, control, and precision.
Expect a powerful mix of core work, ab, arms and glut work, stability challenges. There are options to progress at your own pace, developing strength and skill as you practice.
Perfect for.. those who love to move dynamically, build strength, and challenge their balance and coordination, feel amazing and powerful.

Reformer Strength & Sculpt is our new leading edge group Reformer Pilates class, using heavier hand weights and stronger springs tensions.
This class focuses on developing strength using weight and strength training principles, mixed with traditional and dynamic Pilates, on and off the Reformer. A full body workout - it is challenging - moderate to high intensity, and will get you deeply strong, and connected with your body and calm your mind.
There are options to work at your level and chose your weights to suit, advance at your own pace so you get what you need. Come if you want to develop and challenge your strength, inside and out, work your body and move with precision and form.
Why Strength & Sculpt?…Very Important for all women - especially women over 35 year old as muscle mass starts to decrease. This leaves your muscles super strong and defined, and focuses your mind putting you in control of your body and movement patterns.
Perfect for.. Clients who want to get strong, maintain or develop lean muscle mass and bone density for optimum health, whilst working with mobility, flexibility, coordination, core strength and all the Pilates good stuff.
Level 2/3 … - Reformer Pilates experience or movement confidence essential as moving with weight on the machine.

Elevate Plus+
learning opportunities, and experimentation, to aN Extra challenging all-over body workout.
Elevate Plus will be a class for the experienced and strong client. The class will require a minimum of 20 Reformer Pilates classes under your belt.
Clients must feel confident in a full plank position on the floor for 30 seconds as a benchmark, and happy to be moving on the carriage and in inverted and elevated positions. Elevate Plus is a full-body workout - a mix of traditional and contemporary, dynamic Pilates, focusing on stability and strength, just like Elevate Reformer Flow but we advance to challenge a bit quicker, often deepen into focused physical challenges. This is not always a flow class as teaching advanced exercises can take time to experience and practice.
Why Elevate Plus? This adds advanced exercise learning opportunities, and experimentation, to a challenging all-over body workout, increasing core, back and glute strength with precision and power.
Perfect for.. Clients who want to focus on taking it up a notch with their practice, learning and experiencing advanced work whilst challenging strength, muscle tone, posture and balance and stability. Happy to workshop exercises and not always flow..

The Discover Workshop - is the perfect Place to start for those new to exercise, unsure about working out on moving equipment, and want to focus on the basics. Pilates 101.
This is the entry level fundamental class that will give you the foundations, learn how your body moves on the Reformer and the confidence to progress your Pilates practice, at your own pace, leading you into our more dynamic and intermediate/advanced classes.
Come if you want to earn the basics and technique, refresh a previous practice and/or reconnect with your body, breathe movement and awaken dormant muscles… Or if you want to refresh your body, your form and move deliberately
Why the Discover Worksop ?…Learning the basics and how your body moves on the equipment will always set you up for success, no matter where you are starting from.
Perfect for.. Clients who want to understand the foundational Pilates movements, how the Reformer works and how to modify exercises to your needs before trying an Origin or Elevate Group Pilates. Or those wanting to recoonect to their practice and take it slow for the day.
